WORLD PRESS FREEDOM DAY IN THAiLAND

Yesterday, on May 3, 2915 was "World Press Fredom Day". A little freedom there was in Thailand. The channel "TV24" could send. The presenters and discussants were in good spirits and laughed at the small plate of sweets, which the military government and the Constitutional Court had put to them. Whether taking away the plate again, if you want to access?

They talked openly but very polite, for example, about commanding new transport policy, with the population of one milliard baht more not new motorways but normal road construction is to be operated in the not in high-speed trains - the but - as in the previous government for 1 billion less normal rail network is to be invested.

They talked also about the new constitution, which supposedly provides three classes of people with different rights. The elites and residents of the cities are the number 1. The population - however that is defined - is less valuable. And the people, so mainly the proletariat from the South and the Northeast should work and be satisfied.

The former red-shirt leader Jatuporn Prompan asked gently, to which group the general government Prayuth expects. And another discussant said his grandmother and his brother are farmers, his mother is a teacher, his brother is a doctor and he works as a lecturer at the University. Have in the future, the members of his family different rights? Can a vote and the other not?

Usually you can turn on such a draft constitution only laughter. But the reality in Thailand is no laughing matter. As this morning was discussed on the channel "TV 24" continues, the team received during the live program at 9.46 clock a call. The consignments is to be terminated, the channel is switched off. The staff broke into tears.

The channel, which sent last night and today in the morning until 10.00 clock on TV24 and  then turned off, is called "Peace TV".

Channel 24 sends today at noon still. He informed in no uncertain terms about the current policy. This will not be long well.
